Uttoxeter Golf Club opened for play in 1975 as a nine hole course and towards the end of the 1980’s further holes were added and it became a mature 18 hole course inspite of its tender age.
Uttoxeter offers a unique golfing experience as several holes on the course run parallel to the town’s famous racecourse.
An undulating course with tight and well manicured fairways, uniform rough and small but excellent putting surfaces combine beautifully with superb views across the Dove Valley and the hills of Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
Our PGA Professional Adam McCandless provides both to members and visitors alike a well stocked shop to cover all your golfing needs, and if your game needs a tweek or a complete overall then Adam’s excellent reputation as a golf coach will hopefully sort your problems out.
A friendly welcome for the casual visitor and societies is guaranteed both before and after the golf, in the warm, welcoming and comfortable clubhouse, again offering superb views whilst relaxing over a drink.
Located just off the A50 link road between Stoke on Trent and Derby, Uttoxeter Golf Club is perfectly placed for access from all directions.
