Solent Meads Golf Centre is situated conveniently between the popular towns of Bournemouth and Christchurch, just minutes from both town centres (click the name above for a location map).  It is a picturesque pay & play par-3 links course overlooking Hengistbury Head with scenic views of Christchurch Priory, Mudeford Quay and the Isle of Wight.

 

The course is a great golfing experience and is suitable for golfers of all levels. It is the ideal place to play for the beginner, to learn and improve at the game and equally provides a fair test for the seasoned golfer. The layout is possibly the driest in the county and is open all year round, with no restrictions on trolleys and no temporary greens ever in use.

 

Trolley and club hire is available and groups and societies are always welcome (group rates are available on application) In addition the centre boasts a fully stocked discount golf shop, an 11-bay driving range, a 9-hole fun golf course and an excellent cafe.

 

Tuition is available at the centre with our PGA coach Warren Butcher, who has 22 years of experience teaching golf to all levels. Lessons, which are available, include individual, group, playing and video analysis. Warren has developed a large junior section and holds junior sessions all year round.
