The Number One South Beach bar and restaurant combine to provide a taste of sybaritic self indulgence, whether you want a cappuccino in a quiet corner, a bottle of Cristal to celebrate, a sumptuous three course dinner for two or a private room for a fine dining function. The chef uses only the finest and freshest of local ingredients in a selection of dishes to tempt, titillate and tantalise your taste buds. To complement this is an extensive and comprehensive list of fine wines from around the world. Service is designed to be always friendly but never intrusive. Vegetarian and special diets are catered for and your special requests are always given the closest attention.

 

Much thought and effort has gone into creating and naming each room individually, their names being derived from the wallpaper or fabric used in the décor. All are to the same exacting standard of style and luxury. And all guest rooms provide the same in-room facilities: king-size beds, (for those seeking romance some are four poster), with Egyptian cotton bed linen atop deeply divine quilts and Siberian goosedown pillows, 42" plasma screen TV, Sky including Sky Sports, a media centre, remote lighting and each ensuite bathroom has a Whirlpool bath, 17" LCD TV, power shower and music system.
