The New Forest Golf Club is a long established members club founded in 1888 and situated in the heart of the New Forest in Lyndhurst, just off the A35 and a short drive from the M27 and M3.  

 

The Club has an unrivalled reputation for organised golf competitions for members and visitors, club matches, invitation days, Am/Am events and social activities.  It is renowned for the warm and friendly welcome it gives to all who visit, and it embraces and supports the needs of its members and visitors who are at the heart of the club.

 

The course, a par 69, measures just under 6,000 yards and offers a unique opportunity to experience a natural forest course which has some of the most scenic holes in Hampshire. The greens and fairways form a stunning tapestry with the surrounding trees, the gorse and the heather.

 

Our Golf Manager is available to provide advice and information to visitors in respect of tee times; special offers and society packages.  He also operates a fully stocked shop and can arrange tuition through our attached professional Kevin Caplehorn.

 

Full catering and bar facilities in our Clubhouse where home-cooked food is a speciality of the Clubhouse Chef. A comprehensive menu is available for members, visitors and societies, who are able to relax in the heart of the New Forest and enjoy quality food, wine and beers at very acceptable club prices.
