Summer or winter, playing the links course on the shores of the North Sea is a very special experience for any keen golfer. Situated on a narrow strip of land which follow the contours of a rocky exposed beach, bordered on the other side by the Old Deer Park wall making it a challenging course for all levels of players. Well defined holes following the natural contours of the coastline. Being by the sea shore naturally means that the wind plays a main factor with the course itself, a light breeze can transform this course into a serious challenge, producing a new playing experience with every round.
Catering in the clubhouse is of a similarly high standard and the popular bar menu is augmented by more formal and substantial offerings for both lunch and dinner. The unique atmosphere of Dunbar, both on and off the course, is something most visitors come back to time and again.
